Item Community Collections Britain Library
The Britain Library Community Collection is located at Britain City inside the Britain Public Library.Before you can begin donate item to any NPC, you have to complete the Quest Friends of the Library.

Start the Quest Friends of the LibraryGo talk to Verity Librarian located inside Britain Public Library. When you find her, Double Left Click on her to open the Quest Gump.
Go talk to Sarakki the Notary located outside Britain Public Library to the left. When you find her, Double Left Click on her to open the Quest Gump.
Go talk to Petrus the Beekeeper located in Ilshenar - Compassion, North-East of Gypsy Camps:
Go kill a Speckled Scorpion located in Ilshenar - Compassion, South of Gypsy Camps:
By killing a Speckled Scorpion you will collect Poison Sac.
When you have 5 Poison Sac, Single Left Click on your Character, select Toggle Quest Items, and Target 5x Poison Sac and then return to Petrus the Beekeeper. He will give you the Official Sealing Wax.

Go talk to Verity Librarian located inside Britain Public Library. When you find her, Double Left Click on her to open the Quest Gump.
When you have your Talisman: Friend of the Library Token, you can start donate item to any NPC!
