Item Power Scroll
There's 2 kind of Power Scroll in Ultima Online. Skill Power Scroll and Stat Power Scroll. They are an 1 time consumable item that can unlock the Limit Cap. Obtained only in the Felucca Facet by the system of Champion Spawn, they can be rewarded by Champion Spawn Monsters and by the Champion Bosses.Skill Power Scroll
All new Characters start with a limit cap of 100 in each Skills. Using a Power Scroll will raise the Cap Limit of the Skill by 105, 110, 115 or 120. We cannot use a 105 and then use a 115 to raise the limit cap of 120, to get the limit cap of 120 we have to use the 120 version of the Skill Power Scroll!If we consume a 110 Magery Power Scroll, the Magery Skill Limit Cap will be at 110 now!
If we consume a 115 Magery Power Scroll, the Magery Skill Limit Cap will be at 115 now!
- A Wondrous Scroll of [Skill Name] (105 Skill)
- An Exalted Scroll of [Skill Name] (110 Skill)
- A Mythical Scroll of [Skill Name] (115 Skill)
- A Legendary Scroll of [Skill Name] (120 Skill)

Stat Power Scroll
All new Characters start with a limit cap of 230 in Stat. Using a Power Scroll will raise the Cap Limit of the Stat by +5, +10, +15, +20 or +25. We cannot use a +5 and then use a +20 to raise the limit cap of +25, to get the limit cap of +25 we have to use the +25 version of the Stat Power Scroll!If we consume a +10 Stat Power Scroll, the Stat Limit Cap will be at 240 now!
If we consume a +15 Stat Power Scroll, the Stat Limit Cap will be at 245 now!
- A Wondrous Scroll of Power (+5 Maximum Stats)
- An Exalted Scroll of Power (+10 Maximum Stats)
- A Mythical Scroll of Power (+15 Maximum Stats)
- A Legendary Scroll of Power (+20 Maximum Stats)
- An Ultimate Scroll of Power (+25 Maximum Stats)
Where to?
Power Scroll can be obtained by killing a Champion or by killing Monsters in the champion spawn area, but only in Felucca facet!
By Champion we can receive 110, 115 or 120.
By any Monsters in the Champion Spawn Area only 105.
Special Tips!
We can DOUBLE the Drop of Champion Power Scroll by using the Justice Virtue to Protect other Blue Player.
Explication:
Let say we are 3 players... Spok, Pumpkin, Mr.Weed
Spok is opening he's Virtue Panel.
Spok double click the Justice Virtue and Target Pumpkin.
If no one allready Protect Pumpkin, he will receive a Confirm Box to Accept the Protection of Spok.
Spok continue protection with Mr.Weed.
Mr.Weed have to Accept the Protection of Spok too.
Now at this stage Spok is Protecting Pumpkin and Mr.Weed.
They all go to a Champion Spawn and work on the Spawn...
After all Champion Skull are Raise the Altar will Spawn the Champion!
NOW Spok is NOT able to do any Damage on the Champion!!! BECAUSE he's the Protector!
Depending on the path of the Justice Virtue:
- Seeker of Justice will give 2 copy (random)
- Follower of Justice will give 4 copy (random)
- Knight of Justice will give 6 copy (full double)
After the Champion is Dead, IF Spok didnot do any Damage on the Champion he will receive in he's packback the Protection Scroll copy.
Special Tips!
A Red Character cannot use Virtue and cannot be Protected by any other Character, BUT! Once you were Blue, you could get Protected by a Blue Character and you will remain Protected by this Character until you cancel the Protection!
(Red and other not protected blue will break the Protection Scroll copy if they do damage on the Champion)
To receive the Copy of Power Scroll by the Character who is the Protector, you have to be in the right facet and/or Dungeon!
If you are doing a Champion Spawn in Felucca, your Protector have to be in any Dungeon!
If you are doing a Champion Spawn in T2A, your Protector have to be anywhere in T2A!
* There no need to be close to the Champion Spawn Area!
