Complet:
When you have all the 5x Disintegrating Thesis Notes, Left Single Click on your Character -> Click Toggle Quest Item -> Target the 5x Disintegrating Thesis Notes. (they will change color to orange). Return to Master Cohenn The Librarian and Double Left Click him to deliver 5x Disintegrating Thesis Notes.
How to get the Master Key for fighting Monstrous Interred Grizzle
When you have the Librarian's Key, you need to exchange it for the 
Master Key. In order to do the exchange, you have to go in Bedlam Dungeon inside the Top Small House. Inside this house, you will find a Keyed Table (West Wall).
Go next to the Keyed Table -> Single Left Click and Hold on the Librarian's Key and Drag and Drop it on the Keyed Table. You will receive 3x the
Master Key.The
Master Key have a Timer of 10 minutes! When you are Ready to fight the Monstrous Interred Grizzle! Double Left Click one of the Master Key!Note: Sometime you cannot Drop your Librarian's Key because there's already another Character(s) who's fighting Monstrous Interred Grizzle. In this case, you will have to wait until the Character(s) is out of the Monstrous Interred Grizzle room!
