To get the Final Key Essence of the Wind, you have to Exchange the 6 keys by dropping them on the small statue called "The Statue of the Fey" in the southeast corner of the Twisted Weald dungeon. After the desert, after the swamp.


By double left clicking the Key Essence of the Wind, you will enter in the Dread Horn area to fight him.
