The War Horse Council of Mages is one of the Mobile, Animal, Mount that any Character can Purchase when they are a member of the Faction: Council of Mages.
War Horse Council of Mages requirement:
- be a member of the Faction: Council of Mages
- at least Rank 2 in the Faction Member List
- purchase with a Faction NPC Stablemaster for 3,000 Golds and 500 Silvers
They have the same apparence of a normal Horse but they are colored with the Faction Color and have better Stats then Horse!
