The Elm Street is accessing by going to the Main Area, walk to the far West in NPC Town and use the entrance! However, it require a ticket, the ticket is the A Magical Wooden Cross that can be obtained by going into the Dreamy Sleepy area!

At this place, you can find the Halloween Boss Freddy Krueger and a Healer Safe Spot!

It's Located at the far far West wall in NPC Town!
