The War Cleaver cannot be purchase at any NPC Vendors. It can also be found in ML Mobile Loots and it can be Craft with the Skill Blacksmithy!Craft
The War Cleaver can be Craft by any Players that have enough in the Skill Blacksmithy.In order to Craft a War Cleaver, it require to use the crafting tool: Sledge Hammer, Smith Hammer or Tongs

If Crafted as Exceptional by a GM+ Crafter, the item may hold it's Maker's Mark.
The item retains the color of the material used.
Crafting an item with Exceptional Mark will give as bonus 40% Damage Increase!
Also, the Skill Arms Lore can add addition Damage Increase on the item, each 20% Arms Lore will add 2% Damage Increase to a maximum of 10% Damage Increase at 100 Arms Lore! The Damage Increase is added to the Exceptional Craft Bonus of 40%, it can reach 50% Damage Increase.
It exist 8 different Runic Hammer's for Blacksmithy! By using a Runic Tools to Craft a War Cleaver, it will receive addition Item Mods according to the kind of Runic Tools used!
To raise the Chance of Success or Exceptional. It exist 3 different items, Power Scroll of Blacksmithy 105, 110, 115 or 120, the Ancient Smithy Hammer +10, +15, +30 or +60 Blacksmithing and Talisman with Blacksmithing Bonus or Blacksmithing Exceptional Bonus up to 30% that is added to the Chance of Craft! Equip any Ancient Smithy Hammer in the Right Hand to gain temporary Blacksmithing Bonus and you can use your Runic Tool in your Backpack by Double Clicking it!
Powder of Fortifying can be use to boost the Maximum Durability to a maximum of 255!
It can be Dye by Pigments of Tokuno if the item is Craft as Exceptional!
