The Magical Shortbow cannot be purchase at any NPC Vendors. It can also be found in ML Mobile Loots and it can be Craft with the Skill Bowcraft & Fletching!Craft
The Magical Shortbow can be Craft by any Players that have enough in the Skill Bowcraft & Fletching.In order to Craft a Magical Shortbow, it require to use the crafting tool: Fletcher's Tools

Also, the Skill Arms Lore can add addition Damage Increase on the item, each 20% Arms Lore will add 2% Damage Increase to a maximum of 10% Damage Increase at 100 Arms Lore! The Damage Increase is added to the Exceptional Craft Bonus of 40%, it can reach 50% Damage Increase.
