The Chest of Heirlooms is a Lesser Treasures of Tokuno (LToT) Artifact like a Wooden Footlocker. By keeping locked it can trade for a Greater Treasures of Tokuno. Cannot trade if unlock! It require at least 95 Lockpicking Skill to unlock. There's a trap when you first open it. 10 Items in the Chest, between 1 to 5 Mods with 20 to 80% intensity!
