The Scrapper's Compendium is a Craftable Artifact like a Spellbook. It need to be Unlock by Learning it's Recipe! It can be craft with 1 to 3 additional Item Mods!

The Scrapper's Compendium have the possibility to add 1 to 3 additional Item Mods when crafting it! The chance to add more Item Mods is based on the Character Skill Magery! So, it's kinda very important to craft a Scrapper's Compendium with a Character who have 100 Inscription and 120 Magery (Important: Magery Real Skill, not with Magery Skill Bonus), in order to receive the maximum chance to roll on Additional Item Mods!- Intelligence Bonus - 5 to 6
- Mana Increase - 5 to 6
- Skill Bonus: Magery - 9 to 11
- Skill Bonus: Meditation - 9 to 11
- Skill Bonus: Evaluating Intelligence - 9 to 11
- Skill Bonus: Resisting Spell - 9 to 11
- Lower Reagent Cost - 11 to 13
- Mana Regeneration - 1 to 2
- Slayer - All Slayer except Fey
Note: The Intensity of the Item Mods is between 70 to 80% of the original value!
However, all the regular Item Mods on the Scrapper's Compendium cannot be raised any higher!
