Magery Spell Recall

Temporarily remove an amount of mana from the Target, based on a comparison between the Caster's Evaluate Intelligence skill and the Target's Resist Spells skill.

Effect

When casting and target any marked rune, it instantly transport the Caster to the Marked Rune Location! The Rune must be marked with the Magery Spell Mark! Can target a Runebook!
