Effect

When casting and target any mobile, it will launch a Lightning that will deal a Energy Damage! It's NOT a Delayed Damage! Damage increase with Caster Evaluating Intelligence and Inscription Skills and with Items Mods Spell Damage Increase! Damage is Reduce by Energy Elemental Resistance!
