Effect

When casting and target any mobile or location, it will launch a Chain Lightning on the targeted mobile and on all mobile withing 2 Tiles Range of the target that will deal a Energy Damage! Damage is Divided by the number of Target! It's NOT a Delayed Damage! Damage increase with Caster Evaluating Intelligence and Inscription Skills and with Items Mods Spell Damage Increase! Damage is Reduce by Energy Elemental Resistance! Cannot Cast in Town!
