Lower Requirements is one of the Item Mods with a maximum to 100%. It allow to decrease the amount of Strength Requirements on Equipments/Weapons Items!

Lower Requirements Availability

Lower Requirements can be find on:
- Armor (Looted 10% to 100% and Several Artifact)
- Shield (Looted or Crafted 10% to 100% and 1 Artifact)
- Weapon (Looted 10% to 100% and Several Artifact)

Lower Requirements Maximum

The maximum amount of Lower Requirements is capped to 100! At 100% there's no longer any Strength Requirements to equip the item!
