Character Item Mods Lower Mana Cost

Lower Mana Cost is one of the Character Mods with a maximum to 40%. It allow to reduce the Mana required to use a weapon abilities or cast a spells (Magery, Necromancy, Chivalry, Bushido, Ninjitsu and Spellweaving).

- Armor (Looted or Crafted 1% to 8% and Several Artifact)
- Jewels (Looted or Crafted 1% to 8% and Few Artifact)
- Spellbook (Crafted 1% to 6% and Few Artifact)
- Weapon (Few Artifact)

The maximum amount of Lower Mana Cost is capped to 40%!
