The Sleeping Dragon Spawn is located in Tokuno! The quickest path to go at Sleeping Dragon Spawn is by using the Public Moongate and choose Tokuno - Isamu-Jima. Then walking on the North road until pass cross to the Shrine of Isamu, then North West in the forest!
